Shipping

- Shipping costs are billed in addition to the artwork prices. 

 

- Unless specified overwise, artworks are sold unframed. 
 

- Packages are sent either flat in reinforced packaging or rolled in a tube. 

All artworks are prepared, packaged, then dispatched within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If there is a more urgent timeframe, please e-mail us at contact.eduardofett@gmail.com

 

Typically, artworks are sent out via FedEx or UPS according to the best practices and prices. All artworks shipping will be insurance based on their value. Carrier tracking information will be emailed you. Please note shipment may experience delays due to country's regulations for exporting valuable artworks. Please also note, due to current circumstances (COVID-19 pandemic) postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service.

 

Customers receiving goods may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed.

 

 

Return and refund policy

Should any problem or query regarding either the artwork or the purchase arises, we’ll work with you to make it right. However, all sales are final, and we don’t do refunds.
